Leaders4Wales is a national initiative designed to support and enable the delivery of practical leadership skills across Wales, in order to improve business performance.

A Network for the People

We believe Welsh organisations can build a self-sustaining best in class leadership network - Leaders4Wales.

Leaders4Wales responds to some of the challenges in leadership and management highlighted by the 'Skills that Work for Wales' report sponsored by the Welsh Assembly Government in 2008.

Our focus is on measurable and sustainable business performance improvement for the Leaders4Wales network and its membership. 

We want Leaders4Wales to be an initiative that engages with the people that really matter - those who will shape the future of our nation.

We Need Your Input

The initial planning and design work for this initiative is being sponsored by the founder members and these businesses are run from Wales.

Leaders4Wales works with a growing team of leaders, experts and practitioners in the private, public, and education sectors.

We want to grow the network by engaging with the business and not for dividend communities through adopting best practice to leadership and business improvement working as a collaborative in Wales.
