Chairman

Our Chairman is Andrew Crossley, a business person based in Wales since 1992 with experience at senior level in utilities, manufacturing, consultancy and engineering education. Andrew owns business in Wales and works part time as a Senior Fellow in Engineering at the University of Bristol, lecturing in Engineering and Asset Management. 

He the Chief Examiner of the Institute of Asset Manager. In 2018 Andrew became the Chairman of Partnership Continuum, an international organisation specailising in alliances. He is also the principal author of the Welsh Government's Joint Bidding Guide. The Guide has been updated and will be published in autumn 2018.

Prior to helping found Leaders4Wales Andrew was seconded to work at the interface between the public sector and the SME community in Yorkshire as the interim CEO of a public private sector partnership. He has also worked on the UK Executive of Hyder Consulting, leading Uk business development and marketing responsible for about £60m per annum of fee income.
